Disney has announced that the D23 Expo will feature a first look at some new experiences, displays, presentations and shopping coming to Disney Parks.
D23 Expo 2022 returns to the Anaheim Convention Center on Sept. 9 through 11. Attendees will be able to explore the Disney Parks Wonderful World of Dreams pavilion. There they will discover new stories, attractions and adventures Disney Imagineers are bringing to life around the globe.
There will be behind-the-scenes glimpses of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the transformation of EPCOT, new Frozen-themed experiences, Disney Cruise Line, live entertainment and more to explore at the pavilion.
Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro will present on the Hall D23 stage on Sunday, Sept. 11, at 10:30 a.m. Disney is promising the presentation will include “see-it-here-first moments” and special surprises.
The show will also feature new merchandise from across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and more. Guests will also have the opportunity to access DisneyMe and go on a Expo-exclusive quest. This experience empowers users to express their Disney style by creating their own unique DisneyMe avatar. Attendees will uncover special designed Disney Wish and D23 Expo digital clothing for their DisneyMe avatar that will only be released at this year’s convention.
