Grizzly River Run is a whitewater rapids attraction in Grizzly Peak at Disney California Adventure Park.
Guest board a circular 8-person raft and float along a lazy river, passing the rusty remnants of an old mining company. Rumble up to the top of the mountain and brace yourself. Once you reach the summit, your river adventure becomes a wild one as you’ll splash down a foaming spring as you travel down Grizzly river.
You will get wet on this attraction. Guests are encouraged to bring a waterproof poncho, an extra pair of clothes or a towel to dry off after the ride.

- Grizzly River Run opened at Disney California Adventure Park on February 8, 2001.
- Disney Imagineers studied buildings from the Empire Mine in Grass Valley, the Kentucky Mine in Sierra City and the Gold Bug Mine in Placerville to create an authentic look in the ride’s queue.
